This is for submission of proposal to operate as a Education & Training Consultancy and Placement Firm to facilitate Bhutanese to overseas for education or training.

- Once the proposal is approved, a certificate of registration will be issued, which is a pre-requisite for issuance of trade license.

- After the Trade License is received, one should register as a Employer.
